Profile: I am currently the Director of RACE - Research Academy for Cumulative Excellence- at Loyola College, Chennai India. We conduct M.Phil classes in ELT and teach English to anyone interested in enhancing his competence. There are some experiments undertaken and some publications too. Teacher development is our priority. We also offer courses in French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin Chinese.
