Profile: I am a researcher in ELT (The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad) at present. I also worked as an English teacher at DAV Public School, Bhubaneswar for about two years. My area of research is the Need of Teacher Training for English Teachers in Engineering Colleges. In fact, I want to do more research into problems in the area of Teacher Education.
