Profile: I have worked as a teacher at senior secondary level for 15 years and have been working as teacher educator for the past 15 years. I have been involved in a massive national level curriculum implementation programme (CBSE-ELT project) and have been a researcher in the evaluation of this programme. I am a Hornby scholar and did my Masters in Applied Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh in 1994-5. I have been involved in two Hornby projects- one at the national level (India) and the other involving South East Asian countries.
